The charitable Will writing scheme that’s changing all the rules.
The Wishing Will Foundation is a Community Interest Company that facilitates the preparation of expertly drafted Wills in exchange for donations to local hospices and smaller charities supporting the most vulnerable members of our community.
Unlike most other Will writing schemes, The Wishing Will Foundation operates all year round. We set strict drafting standards by working with qualified solicitors who are STEP or SFE accredited and we never charge hidden fees. We also work with smaller, local charities and don’t spend money on expensive marketing so the maximum amount of donations can be utilised by our partnered charities and hospices. And, for the ease of those most poorly using the scheme, we provide them with the option of making their donation in their Will, so that they can rest easy throughout the process.
Charities we work with
At our launch, we are proud to support the following incredible charities:-
- Thames Hospice – who provide expert care for people living with life-limiting illnesses in East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire;
- Bracknell Citizen’s Advice Bureau – who provide advice, support and guidance to those in our community who might not otherwise have access to legal services; and
- Christopher’s Smile – who independently raise funds for the noble task of making a difference to the lives of children living with cancer.

We never want to forget the generous and kind contributions of those who have graciously supported The Wishing Will Foundation and its partnered hospices and charities, so we encourage members of donors’ families to include a picture and information about their loved ones who have passed on our Remembrance Wall.
Whilst the scheme is currently local to the Thames Valley area, we hope that with your support we can extend this to other localities in the near future. Initially, the scheme will focus on supporting those currently being assisted by our partnered hospices and charities, however, we hope to open to the general public too very soon.
The Scheme launches on 27 th January 2021 in honour of Director & Founder Jade Gani’s Nana & Grinny’s birthdays, who will be celebrating in the stars this year.
